DAY 1: HANOI – ARRIVAL (D)

You are arriving in Hanoi capital, a city of over a thousand years.
After greeting you at Noi Bai International Airport, our guide will escort you to your hotel. Welcome dinner at one of the city´s most highly regarded culinary artisan restaurants with Madam Anh Tuyet. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI INSIGHT CITY TOUR (B/L)

For early risers: Join in with the locals who gather for Tai Chi every morning around Hoan Kiem lake or West lake. It is a magnificent city sight to witness and an even more magical experience to participate in this graceful practice. Back to your hotel for breakfast or taste a steaming bowl of “Pho”- the traditional Hanoi breakfast.
After breakfast, stroll down to a fresh and wet market where a huge variety of fresh products are bought and sold every day- a fundamental part of Vietnamese culture. Next, we visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology which
successfully presents the recognition of Vietnam as a multiethnic country and promotes socio-cultural diversity. Continue to the Temple of Literature back to the center. It was constructed in 1070 under Ly Thanh Tong’s dynasty, first
to honor Confucius and now to celebrate the doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. Lunch at KOTO (refers to Know One Teach One) to support street and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.
In the afternoon, take a walk on the historic Long Bien bridge while our guide explains why it is considered with such pride by Hanoians and is a symbol of our courageous capital after the many years of war. Then it is time for “café sua da”, iced coffee with condensed milk, and to take a street food tasting tour. Exploring some more markets to get an overview of Vietnamese food, talk with food artisans, street vendors and eat tasty local food and drink. This tour is a great way to see the parts of Hanoi that most tourists don’t. Back to your hotel in the late afternoon and overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI – HA LONG CITY – BAI TU LONG BAY (B/L/D)

The two day one night cruise to untouched Bai Tu Long bay is ideal to discover both natural beauty and local life. The trip will take you deep into this natural wonder which is best seen while kayaking through the rock limestone to explore the daily life of a floating fishing village. Overnight on board.

DAY 4: HA LONG – HANOI – KY SON MOON GARDEN VILLAGE (B/L/D)

Breakfast is served and then time to relax while cruising back Ha Long city. Check-out of the boat and you are transferred direct to Ky Son Moon Garden village via Hanoi. Moon Garden House in Ky Son offers a unique opportunity to experience rural life in Vietnam that has changed little over the last century. The architect specializes in the restoration of old buildings and this is reflected in the design, furniture and antiques that adorn the rooms. Local experiences are include in the stay.

DAY 5: EXPLORE DUONG LAM ANCIENT VILLAGE – FLY TO HUE VIA HANOI (B/L)

For early risers: Join in Yijin Jing exercises before breakfast. Cycle to Duong Lam Ancient village through countryside paths and then return to Ky Son Moon Garden for lunch before you depart for the airport and fly to Hue.
Located on the bank of Song Huong- Perfume River; Hue, the capital of Thua Thien Hue province in Central Vietnam, is 700 km south of Hanoi, 1100km north of Ho Chi Minh City, and not far from the sea. Up until 1945, Hue the national capital- the political, cultural and religious center of Vietnam under the control of Nguyen Dynasty. Most well-known for its historic values; Hue had been recognized as a World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

DAY 6: EXPLORE IMPERIAL CITADEL ON TWO WHEELS (B/L)

The Imperial city of Hue has long been a must-visit for those looking for the hidden charms of Vietnam. The biking trip today will give you an opportunity to explore not only the imperial citadel, but also the atmosphere of an ancient city.
The first stop is to explore a local market and explore the local food selected to prepare a daily local meal. Pedal along the northern bank of the Perfume River until you get to the old town of Bao Vinh, giving you an idea of the trade that flourished in ancient Hue. Visit the citadel and the Imperial museum to learn about the lifestyle of the
Royal family and aristocrats of the Nguyen Dynasty. A late lunch is arranged at a garden house/pagoda with Hue specialty foods. Welcome to interaction with the host’s family.

DAY 7: DISCOVER THE COUNTRYSIDE LIFE AND TAM GIANG LAGOON (B/L)

Tam Giang Lagoon is considered to be one of the largest in Southeast Asia and is rich in flora and fauna. The Tam Giang Eco Tour will help you discover the value of a simple life as you get away from the stress and hassle of your everyday life. Half day city tour in the morning include a relaxing boat trip along Perfume river and visit Thien Mu pagoda. Continue to one of the impressive King mausoleum and Tu Hieu pagoda.
Continue touring Tam Giang Lagoon of Quang Dien District – TT-Hue Province, 17km far away from Hue City. You will visit the Sampan Village and meet with children who are living on the boat and talk with local people about their daily lives. Then visit the Traditional House where production and fishing tools are preserved and exhibited. After that, we will do boat tour on the beautiful and immense lagoon. Our guide will take you some fishing and aquaculture preservation areas and explain you about the lagoon, raising and fishing activities and impact of local people on the lagoon and preservation of lagoon species. You also have change to learn and try how to catch fishes, shrimps, scrap. Our tour will end by watching beautiful sunset and enjoying fresh seafood and local food.
Your bed tonight will be in the Vedana, the finest combination of modern living with traditional healing therapies. The calm, soothing mirror-like water of the lagoon offer the ideal setting for inner reflection and lifestyle experience. Spending two nights in this picturesque landscape is definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

DAY 8: HUE – VEDANA LAGOON (B)

Breakfast at hotel and have whole day free and Leisure day at the lagoon to ẹnoy your ơn time. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 9: HUE – HO CHI MINH CITY BY FLIGHT (B/D)

After breakfast, transfer to Hue airport for a jump flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once affectionately called the diamond of the far-east, Ho Chi Minh City is now the most populated city in Vietnam with modern office skyscrapers amidst Chinese style pagodas and food stalls along the street creating a dynamic urban area. Ho Chi Minh City’s architecture and lifestyle is the reconciliation between American and Chinese influence, just as historic as it is modern.
Our Vespa tour of modern-day Ho Chi Minh City will give you a view of greater Saigon unlike anything you will see from inside a hot a crowded tour bus, and much more of the city than you could see on your own. Being residents of Saigon, we know how to take in the must-see landmarks while also getting you off the crowded tourist trail for a peek at the history, the streets and the sights that most visitors never even hear about let alone visit.
Guests ride as passengers behind the drivers. Dinner at Cuc Gach, a countryside style restaurant and a source of architectural inspiration.

DAY 10: MEKONG DELTA, FLOATING MARKET AND CRUISE (B/L/D)

A short transfer to Cai Be and welcome aboard. The cruise will begin with a visit to some local home factories where you will be able to observe how rice paste, coconut candies and other specialties are traditionally made. We will then proceed to Cai Be colorful floating market and then Sa Dec town, cruising upstream on the Tien Giang River. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River bring about large networks of meandering rivers, criss-crossed with countless arroyos, and remain unknown to most. Continue cruising down Can Tho along a beautiful narrow canal, passing under several wooden “monkey bridges” and by tiny typical villages. After dinner, we will continue the cruise for approximately one hour until Can Tho. Moor for the night in a quiet place. Your bed will be ready for your night on the Mekong river

DAY 11: MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH CITY (B)

Breakfast served on board at 7am while approaching Cai Rang floating market which is still the largest in the whole Mekong delta. We will pass by countless sampan boats carrying sand, rice, fruits, vegetables, fish and flowers… a display of intense activity on the river. After the visit, our car is ready to transfer you back Ho Chi Minh City. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

DAY 12: HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE (B)

Your own leisure to explore the city further before departing to Tan Son Nhat International airport for your onward flight.
