Upon arrival at Phnom Penh Int’s Airport, process immigration procedure (visa on arrival is available or obtain in advance via www.evisa.gov.kh), then get your luggage and walk straight to the Exit Gate where our driver (no guide) is waiting. After self-introduced, you’ll transfer directly around 45 minutes to the hotel in the city for check in (check in time is 2pm). Time to fresh-up and relax at hotel.

This morning we attend half day cooking class included visit local market for your own cook. Markets in Cambodia are most interesting in the morning hours as that is when fresh produce arrives and most Cambodians do their shopping. As you prepare every dish from scratch, a half day class will only give you time to create two dishes. Zip across the city in a Tuk Tuk and discover the best of Cambodian cuisine at four sit-down restaurants and one craft beer and cocktail bar. On this adventure you’ll discover how deep Cambodian cuisine reaches within Southeast Asian culture.
Afternoon, visit to The Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and the notorious ‘Killing Fields’ of Choeung Ek are not to be missed. A visit to these sights provides a deep insight into the painful bloody rule of the Khmer Rouge. Then explore Russian Market for silver and gold jewelry, gems, silk, kramas, stone and wood carvings, as well as T-Shirts, CDs and other souvenirs.

After breakfast from hotel, we begin to visit to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver, continuing visit to National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was built since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, BRONZE, SILVER, COPPER, WOOD AND OTHERS. TRAVELERS WILL PROCEED TO VISIT INDEPENDENCE MONUMENT, which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from French colony. Visit Wat Phnom Temple, Phnom Penh’s namesake, from where you can enjoy views over the tree-lined avenues of the city.
We will stop at Central Market is located in the heart of the Phnom Penh. The Khmer name of the market is Phsar Thmei, which translates to “new market”. The Central Market was built in 1937 during the French colonial period, in Art Deco style, and is painted bright ochre.
In late afternoon, enjoy Sunset Cruise on Mekong a to view Royal Palace over river, it bursts into 4 branches.

After breakfast, travel by road from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. On route you will witness the everyday lives of Cambodians as you pass through interesting provincial towns, bucolic villages, and delightful scenery. This is no ‘freeway dash’ as you will often slow down to let cows and water buffalo wander across the road, pass horse drawn carriages, and school kids walking and cycling to/from school.
Not far from Phnom Penh you may choose to stop at Skoun, also known as ‘Spiderville’ due to the deep fried tarantula that is the local delicacy, are you adventurous enough to try one? You may wish to stop off in Kompong Kdei, to look at Spean Pratos – an ancient Angkorian bridge.
Before arriving Siem Reap, we stop at Kampong Khleang. Board a local boat to Kampong Khleang, meaning the village of the stilts, a lively commercial fishing village located south on the edge of the Tonle Sap lake. All houses are stilted and some are up to four & five meters tall. Enter the stilted village, now flooded and travel through this large town through to a more separate Vietnamese village on to the edge of the Tonle Sap.

After meeting our tour guide, then we drive to Angkor Thom that was the masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Following the occupation of Angkor by the Chams from 1177 to 1181, the new king decided to build an impregnable fortress at the heart of his empire. 
We begin to visit Bayon Temple. At the exact center of Angkor Thom, this is an eccentric expression of the creative genius and inflated ego of Cambodia’s most celebrated king.
We continue to visit Terrace of the Leper King. Along the Terrace of Elephants, originally used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports. At the southern end lies the Baphuon, once of the most beautiful temples at Angkor, dating from the reign of Uditayavarman 1 in the 11th century.
We continue to visit Ta Prohm "Tomb Raider" fame. Ta Prohm has been abandoned to the elements, a reminder that while empires rise and fall, the riotous power of nature marches on, oblivious to the dramas of human history. 
We journey out to the mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world's largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers.

This morning we join Cooking class `Khmer food lovers` is a cooking class for individuals and groups. Participants learn how to prepare Khmer dishes in addition to choosing products at a local market. These courses are conducted by the chefs who make every effort to ensure that you have a good time, once you have completed your cooking class, you will be comfortably seated on the terrace in our garden to enjoy the food we have prepared together.
Late in the afternoon, a Tuk Tuk will meet you at your hotel and take you to the local night market, offering a variety of local food, snacks, and tropical fruits. Wander around the night market, have the overview of Cambodian street food and sample special Cambodian snacks such as grasshoppers, spiders, cockroaches or crickets. Continue your drive to a local restaurant to try local dishes. Come and enjoy the nightlife of Siem Reap with us for a fun and memorable time.
