DAY 1 - BANGKOK ARRIVAL (NO MEAL)
Uppon arrival to Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok Airport), you’re met and transferred to hotel in city center by driver of InAsiaTrips. After checking in to the hotel you will be free on your own activities (no tour guide)
You will have free time and overnight in Bangkok
DAY 2 - BANGKOK – GRAND PALACE – CANALS TOUR – CITY & TEMPLES (B)
After breakfast, we begin our tour of Bangkok at 8.00am with a long tail boat ride along the Chao Phraya River to see many lively inner canals which provide some fantastic views of the local life. Along the way we will stop over at Wat Arun, the temple of dawn, before continuing to the Grand Palace which dedicated to the Thai Royal Family’s ceremonies. Nearby is the splended Wat Phra Kaew, which is famous for the Emerald Buddha Image. After seeing this complex we will drive through the many vibrant streets of China Town to some of the most significant temples in Bangkok. The landmark of Wat Traimit is well known as the Golden Buddha Temple while Wat Po houses a gigantic Reclining Buddha. Visit the Pak Klong Talaat Flower Market. Stay overnight at your hotel in Bangkok
DAY 3 - BANGKOK – CHIANG MAI (B, D)
Today, transfer to airport at 6.00am to take the flight to Chiang Mai, departing at 8.45 (no tour guide)
Upon arrival at Chiang Mai, drive directly to Wat Phra That Doi-Suthep. When we get there, let’s start where the main staircases ascend. On each side of the staircases stand the seven-headed Nagas (Serpents) that guard the temple from evil or harm. After climbing 306 steps, we will reach the beautiful Golden Pagoda that encases the relic of the Lord Buddha. You can walk around the temple, sound the bells and see a very beautiful panoramic view of Chiang Mai City that is 3,500 feet above sea level. Enjoy a Khuntoke Dinner with a Northern Dance Show. Visit night market before getting back to hotel in Chiang Mai.
DAY 4 - CHIANG MAI- LUANG PRABANG (B)
Today, we will start our Indochina tour packages at 8.00am & visit the most five revered temples in Chiang Mai.
- Wat Chedi Luang, this temple is the site of an enormous pagoda, originally 280 feet high, and which was partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1545. At one time, Wat Chedi Luang housed the revered Emerlad Buddha image now enshrined in Bangkok's Wat Phra Kaew. One of Wat Chedi Luang's most striking architectural features is a Naga staircase adorns the chapel's front porch.
- Wat Phra Singh, this temple dates from 1345 and is one of the focal point of Songkran festivities each April 13-15 when people bathe the revered Phra Phutthasihing Buddha image. The temple compound includes the lovely Lai Kham chapel with its exquisite woodcarving and northern-style murals, and a scriptural repository with striking bas relief.
- Wat Ched Yod, this temple dates from 1458. The seven-spired square chedi was inspired by designs at Bodhagaya, the site of Buddha's Enlightenment in north India over 2,500 years ago, and was built by Lanna Thai architects after visiting the holy site.
- Wat Chiang Mun, the oldest temple and was the residence of King Mengrai who founded Chaing Mai , and is noteworthy for a chedi supported by rows of elephantine buttresses, and a small Buddha image, Phra Kaeo Khao.
- Wat Ched Yod, this temple dates from 1458. The seven-spired square chedi was inspired by designs at Bodhagaya, the site of Buddha's Enlightenment in north India over 2,500 years ago, and was built by Lanna Thai architects after visiting the holy site.
Then transfer to the airport for your flight to Luang Phrabang.
Our guide will welcome you at the airport, then transfer to hotel for check-in. After a short rest, we visit the impressive Stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai; we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.
Spend a night in Luang Phrabang.
DAY 5 - LUANG PRABANG – ELEPHANT RIDING- KUANGSI WATERFALL (B)
Depart from Luang Prabang at 8.00am and head to Elephant Village. On arrival, meet the camp staff and participate in a short briefing about the elephant and how they live in the camp. Then hop on the back and enjoy an impressive ride through the jungle of approximately 1 hour. Then hike/walk for approximately 2 hours through the jungle, the scenery is sole in Laos with jungle all around spotted with limestone cascades.
Afternoon, we take a drive (30 km South) to visit Kuangsi Waterfall, which, though not very high, is spectacular and really beautiful with its green surroundings as the preserved National park. We stop en-route, stop to visit a fresh produced market namely Talad Phosy, and also visit Ban Na Oune, a small village of a hill-tribe group “Hmong”, probably the best-known minority group in Laos. Just before arriving at Kuangsi waterfall, there is another village of Khmu minority group, namely Ban Tha Pane that we will visit. Our picnic lunch is served at the shady park nearby Kuangsi waterfall. There is plenty of time for relaxing and a swim in cool water, before we head back to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon. The rest of the day is spent by visiting various craft-shops, including silver smiths’ and also Hmong market in town, where some skilled embroidery-works of Hmong ladies can be seen.

DAY 6 - LUANG PRABANG – SIEM REAP (B)
This morning you may want to wake up early and participate in the daily morning ritual of saffron-clad monks with their black Alms-giving bowls being given offerings from the local people, including the ubiquitous sticky rice. Get back to hotel for breakfast. Check out hotel, then we continue our Indochina tour packages by visit Wat Xieng Thong, the National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the kings right through the last sovereign, and the Central Market are not to be missed. After visiting these sights then transfer to airport for your flight to Siem Reap.
Upon arrival at Siem Reap port or airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel in Siem Reap (no tour guide)
DAY 7 - SIEM REAP- ANGKOR COMPLEX (B)
After breakfast, you will have full day visit Angkor Complex. Star tour at 8.00am & visit the Angkor Thom (big Angkor) - 3km2 walled, of which South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon - the giant stone faces with 37 standing tower 4 carved faces, Baphoun - huge temple - mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Terrace of Elephants - 2.5m tall wall, the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphoun and Phimean Akas, carved elephants and giant graduals, Terrace of Leper King - a double terrace at the north end of Terrace of Elephants with deeply carved, demons and other mythological being and Phimean Akas temple.
Follow is the tour visit the notable Temple of Cambodia, Angkor Wat, and it's visually, architecturally and artistically breathtaking. It's massive three tired pyramid crowned by five beehive-like towers rising 65 meters from ground level and this temple is the centerpiece of any visit to the temple of Angkor. DAY 8 - SIEM REAP – BANTEY SREI – TONLE SAP LAKE – HANOI (B)
Breakfast at hotel, then start tour at 8.00am to visit Banteay Srey (40km from Siem Reap town), means "citadel of the women". But is appellation refers to the delicate beauty of the caving. It displays some of the finest examples of classical Khmer art. Have lunch at a restaurant in the town (paid by clients). Transfer to Tonle Sap Great Lake for cruising, visiting fisherman’s life, floating fishing village. Continue to visit Old market for shopping. Then transfer to the airport for your evening flight to Ha Noi. You are picked up at Noi Bai airport and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi (no tour guide). You free to explore Hanoi by night.
DAY 9 - HA NOI CITY TOUR (B, D)
Pick up at hotel in Hanoi at 8.00am. The full day Indochina tour packages with visit to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (view from outside on Mondays, Fridays and afternoons as it closed for maintenance), His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda. Next up, visit the Temple of Literature and the First University of Vietnam (Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam).
Later in the afternoon, we will visit Westlake, Tran Quoc Pagoda & Quan Thanh Temple. Then we would like to show you of Hanoian daily life with one hour Cyclo (trishaw) ride around the old streets, Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy water puppet show at 17.10. Have dinner at one of the most luxury restaurant in Hanoi
DAY 10 - HA NOI – HALONG BAY (B, L, D)
At 07:15 – 07:30: Pick up at your hotel (near the Old Quarter in Hanoi) by shuttle bus (sharing deluxe bus)
Depart from your hotel for 3.5 hours transfer to Ha Long Bay – UNESCO World Natural Heritage – where thousands of spectacular limestone islets and grottoes rising from the clear emerald Gulf of Tonkin. Upon arrival, welcome drink on board prior to your check-in. Lunch with fresh sea food will be served while boat is cruising through many stone islets, floating villages, small beaches. Visit a floating fishing village, talk and meet with villagers prior to your swimming or free time at your own on the sundeck. Dinner would be ready at the time the boat anchors off at a quiet designated overnight area. Overnight on board in Halong Bay.

DAY 11 - HALONG BAY – DA NANG – HOI AN (B, BRUNCH)
Tai Chi class is available on the sundeck for early risers, then your breakfast served while boat continues cruising around Ha Long Bay. Follow your boat staff to explore one of the most majestic caves – Surprise Cave, then return to your boat to cruise towards wharf.
Our driver will pick you up and transfer directly to Noi Bai airport for your flight to Danang.
On arrival, you are picked up and transfer back to your hotel in Hoian (no tour guide)
DAY 12 - EXPLORE HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN – SUNSET TRIP (B)
Explore this rich architectural fusion of 300 year Chinese temple, 400 year Japanese covered bridge, 200 year old Vietnamese former merchant home influences by visiting Hoi An narrow streets where each house façade is dangled with lanterns.
In the midafternoon, we commence the sunset trip. From your hotel setting out into the Cua Dai Sea with expectations of a bountiful catch. The Hoi An Sunset Cruise tour enables you to witness two special daily rituals: the passing parade of the fishing fleet setting out to sea and the magic of the sun slowly sinking in the western sky. Our tour also provides you with the opportunity to experience paddling the strange and Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Back on-board for enjoying the setting of the sun and the day’s end with refreshments including cold beer and soft drinks together with Vietnamese Snack.
Drop back hotel, free time and overnight in Hoian.
DAY 13 - HOI AN – DA NANG – SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNELS (B)
Have breakfast at hotel then transfer to airport for morning flight to Saigon (no tour guide)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, heading to Cu Chi District to visit the incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence.. Back to Hochiminh city (Saigon) for visiting the Reunification Palace, Opera House, Noth Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh market. Spend the night at your hotel.
DAY 14 - SAIGON – MEKONG DELTA (B, L)
Note: the tour with our guide in Ben Tre only. No private guide during bus transfer.
Depart from Saigon at around 8 am and head to Ben Tre” the coconut island and fruit basket of of the South West”. On arrivals, you will be greeted by our guide at Balai Bridge. Take a short walk through a lush shaded garden to Mrs Ba Dung Pier where you will board our Coco River Cruise.
Enjoy your welcome drink with fresh coconut juice while cruising along the canal and head to Huu Dinh village. You will continue on a rickshaw trip on the village path through rice paddies and coco garden to get to Ca Ro dyke. Stop for a visit at a local house of Mr Hoang who and his wife live on making incense sticks for living. As incenses are used in most temples and homes those work ship Buddha and ancestor. The local believe that burning incense in the house to keep it cozy. And they also believe that burning incense when they pray to god or ancestor, that holy smoke will transfer their words and god will understand. This traditional job had been existed for many decades.
Afterwards, Take a rowing sampan through a beautiful small canal and enjoy the tropical scenery with its tranquility. Along the way, you will see the daily activities from the locals.
Getting back to your boat, refresh yourself with honey tea and fruits on board and continue cruising to visit another business, a coconut processing place as Ben Tre has been famous as a coconut land and its products.
You will be amazed of how useful the coconut is to the life here from coconut fibers, oil, candies, wood etc. This plant plays an important role in the local economy.
Then you will continue the cruise to a restaurant for lunch. Enjoy the Mekong Delta specialty and relax before head back to your boat to get back to brick processing where your car will bring you back to Saigon.
DAY 15 - SAIGON – YANGON (B)
Transfer back to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Yangon, Myanmar (no tour guide for airport see off)
Today's sightseeing tour includes the old colonial-style city center with the gilded SULE PAGODA, dating back over 2,000 years, BOGYOKE (SCOTT'S) MARKET with hundreds of stores (closed on Monday) and a visit of a gems shop. The tour continues to CHAUK HTAT GYI, a huge reclining Buddha image followed by a photo stop made at KARAWEIK HALL, a royal floating barge. An extended visit to SHWEDAGON PAGODA, one of the world's most spectacular religious monuments, will conclude the tour of this picturesque Garden City. The golden dome of the Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold.
Drop to your hotel in Yangon, free time on your own and overnight in Yangon City.
DAY 16 - YANGON –BAGAIN BY FLIGHT (B)
From Yangon we take short flight to Bagan, one of the Asia’s most popular archaeological destinations and one out of two most pre-eminent religious old cities in South East Asia. The sightseeing starts with a visit to Nyaung Oo market – a typical local market; followed by visits to most distinctive pagodas such as Shwezigon Pagoda – the holiest one believed to be enshrined with Buddha tooth and hair; Gubyaukgyi Temple (Wetkyiinn village) – the 13th century ‘cave temple’ with fine frescoes of scenes from Jakatas; Anada Temple – one of the masterpieces surviving and remaining in Bagan and considered to be in the Mon architecture style.
A visit to the lacquer ware factory followed by a visit to village. We will then take horse cart along off the beaten track of Bagan Pagodas to reach one of the temples from the top of it we would view the sunset.
Enjoy your night in Bagan.
DAY 17 - BAGAIN FULL DAY VISIT (B)
Breakfast at the hotel & start tour at 8.00am. The second day sightseeing at Asia’s best kept archaeological destination includes a visit to Dhamayangyi Temple – the most massive, important monument in Bagan with finest mortar-less brickwork; Sulamani Temple – close to the Dhamayangyi temple with more sophisticated style of later Bagan temple; another Gubyaukgyi Temple at Myinkaba village – believed to be built for Rajakumar on the death of his father, King Kyansitta, and famed nowadays for its well preserved wall paintings; Manuha Temple – built by detained Mon King Manuha; Ngagayon Temple – similar to the plan of Anada Temple and the main attraction is that the twice life size Buddha Image shelters under the hood of the naga or serpent inside the temple. Sunset viewing from the top of one of the permitted temples. Overnight in Bbagan.
DAY 18 - BAGAN - Mt. POPA – MANDALAY BY ROAD (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. At 8.00am, we drive to Mt. Popa - an extinct volcano at 65km south east of Bagan in the plain region of middle Myanmar and as the one of National parks in Myanmar with preserved forest. It serves as a small oasis in the hot, dry plain of Myanmar. The popularity of Mt. Popa today lies in the interest of religious and mystical beliefs as an abode of spirits, “Nats”. Climb the Taungkalat – believed to be the part of the main volcano blown apart and plugged at the current location. Proceed to Mandalay. Upon arrival Mandalay, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Spend your night in Mandalay.
DAY 19 - MANDALAY VISITS – AMARAPURA (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Start tour at 8.00am, sightseeing at Mandalay, the last capital of Myanmar kingdom, includes Mandalay Royal Palace – a well-planned palace located at the heart of today’s Mandalay city; Atumashi monastery, originally believed to be the best teak wood monastery in architecture and art works until it was burnt down and nowadays a new building of similar prototype exists there; Shwenandaw monastery, still existing masterpiece of last Myanmar kingdom’s architecture in teak and wood carving; Kuthodaw Pagoda, renowned as the world’s largest book.
Afternoon visit to Mahamuni Buddha Image – believed to be cast in bronze in front of Buddha himself and nowadays gilded with thick gold leaf; gold leaf hammering. Drive to Amarapura; U Bein bridge, the world’s longest teak wood bridge across the Taungthaman lake, an ideal place to enjoy the sunset. Return to Mandalay.
DAY20 - MANDALAY – BANGKOK – DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at the hotel before we end our Indochina tour packages and flight to Bangkok, and connect with your departure flight from there.
