We have just finshed a 10-day trip in northern Vietnam organised by InAsia Trips. It was probably the best holiday we have had so far. The program was enjoyable and well paced (Sa Pa and Fansipan, Ha Long bay; Mai Chau valley, Hanoi ) - rich in experiences but not to strenuous. We were lucky to see ethnic minority people celebrate the summer festival. The guides were enthusiastic and fun; the driver was very competent; everything went as planned. We were also delighted by the sales person's friendly and personal style.

Thought of vietnam as a destination for our holiday and I for one prefer engaging local tour operators to organise the trips since they have good deals and are aware of not so touristy places. My scope to the agency was very clear - I gave them a list of 5 experiences I would like to have. And I was pleasantly surprised when I got a response back with options under each head for me to pick and choose. The agent Oahn took the trouble to get me details of off beat things to do during my holiday. The entire communication to and fro was prompt and efficient. My trip was just PERFECT- thanks to the eye for detail that this team has. Right from the time I landed to the time I departed the tour went of smoothly and as planned.
