Travel insurance copy
Flight tickets copy
Some information of your credit card details

We send you our blank written forms;

 From a group co-ordinator who is arranging your travel (in order for us to provide those products and services).

InAsiaTrips Travel & DMC maybe required to disclose your Personal Information to these providers to enable them to provide you with their services and to assist in making your experience a satisfying one. As these providers require this Personal Information when making your booking, if it is not provided we will not be able to finalise your booking.

Refer to the section of "how we collect your personal information" above there are a range of people and organisations (also called parties) to whom we disclose your personal information and collect personal information from – that are not you. These may be parties related to our company or third parties as:
 All branches of InAsiaTrips Travel & DMC and other thir party companies
 A third party with whom we have contracted to provide travel services, administrative or other business services 

Overseas disclosure
We will send your personal information overseas and collect personal information from overseas. Instances when we will do this include:
when you have asked us to do so or we have your consent;
when we are authorised or required by Vietnamese law or a court/tribunal to do so;
when we have outsourced a business activity or function to an overseas service provider; and

Security of your personal information
We store your personal information in:
 Our computer local store systems;
Our email databases;
 May be with hard copies or paper files.

We manage and control oue own storage system that we have secure access for each parts of the company. This is to protect all information sources saved in our local server. And we make sure that, no one can get all information if whom is not aoolowed to access!
The trace and activities logs are recrded all time and we have instant alert system to manager's computer if the central server is attached!

 

Removal from our saved lists:
You have right to send an email to our company to request the remove of your database from our storage when the services and trips with us is finisehed, please do not hesitate to send all to info@inasitrips.com to let us know.
